The IMPRS curriculum is divided into three categories: a scientific training program,  a transferable skill training program and a  mentoring program. We are not a credit-based IMPRS and thus do not require a certain number of credit points to complete our program. We value flexibility for doctoral students in crafting their PhD degrees. Students are free to choose as to what extent they want to engage in IMPRS activities versus research. Nevertheless, we expect participation in core activities and recommend a minimum number of additional activities. Upon completion of their PhDs, IMPRS students are issued a certificate detailing their course work.
